Question 1: What methods of payment do you accept?
Good question. Currently when you check out of our online store you will be taken to PayPal's payment processing page. There you can enter your credit card info and billing address. The transaction is secure because it's PayPal. And if you have a PayPal account and would rather pay that way, you can login to your PayPal account and do that.

Question 2: Do you ship internationally? I don't see it as an option during checkout...
We do ship internationally. It's easier for us to send you pricing information via e-mail than to offer it as an option on our site. Please e-mail us for international pricing.

Question 3: What's your policy on returns and exchanges?

Question 4: When will I receive my item? What's the deal with that?
The deal is we receive your order in our e-mail box the moment you order it. Then you should allow us 2-3 business days to get your products out the door and in the mail. We ship it using the method you chose during checkout and send it to the shipping address you provided.

Question 5: Do you offer wholesale purchasing?
